Spectacular and diverse, the landscape around Mariposa County ranges from gently rolling Sierra foothills, to towering peaks.
In between the two extremes are waterfalls, valleys, meadows, raging rivers, meandering creeks, lakes and bucolic pastures (some complete with herds of cattle.)
